Three MD Residents Died Due To Heat Wave

    Maryland officials say three residents are dead due to the severe heat wave. A man in Montgomery County, a man in Wicomico County and a man in Baltimore are victims of the deadly heat wave.

    To prevent stroke or illness head to the Baltimore City Code Red Heat alert and visit one of the cooling centers. Due to a the current state of emergency on the local area, many homes are without power or air conditioning. We have provided you with a list of Cooling Centers you can visit to stay cool and hydrated.

    The Community Action Program will open the following cooling centers on Code Red Heat Alert days. Centers are open from 9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, 11 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekends.
